Senior Creative
Duties and responsibilities
Campaign creative
- Creation and development of ‘BIG’ ideas, creative strategy and execution.
- The ability to present ideas and design with a clear rationale.
- Bring ideas to life visually in presentations with a good level of copywriting.
- Ensuring brand consistency, attention-to-detail and challenging briefs to create high quality work.
- Brainstorming impactful brand and campaign ideas to varying budgets and time allowances.
- Ability to run creative workshops on creative & content ideas.
Social creative
- Produce social content in line with the content plans produced by the Senior Content Manager.
- Deliver quality social assets inline with industry spec and give creative guidance.
- Animation and editing of impactful short form video.
- Excellent knowledge of the creative and social landscape including any ongoing trends.
Agency Brand Execution
- Assist the Creative Director in the development and execution of the Finn proposition and its brand in line with the company vision to support the business’ growth and direction via the agency’s own channels.
- Ensure the Finn brand is developed and integrated into all agency touch points, internal and external (e.g credentials, case studies, website, owned channels, internal content)
- Advance creative capabilities of the agency to develop new service streams (working internally and with external partners) and support incremental revenue.
Effective delivery and QC department work
- Alongside the CD, oversee visual creative output produced by the agency and its partners to ensure Finn is delivering the highest quality creative content.
- Ensure that an effective creative process is driven throughout the agency, from creative concept, internal production to creative output.
